After a very brief, but noticeable appearance Friday night, RHP Reid Taylor (Performance Baseball) didn’t disappoint in a start on Saturday. The Sam Houston State recruit walked the leadoff batter, but proceeded to retire 18 straight and finished with a no-hitter. He struck out nine and walked two, running his fastball up to 91 and holding high 80s for the whole game. His go to out pitch was a sharp breaking ball that he spun at 78-80.
