7-20-2018:�Texas sophomore third baseman/outfielder Sam Bertelson had the most impressive swing of the weekend, launching a two-run homer just to the right of the batter’s eye in center field on an 84 mph fastball. The 6-foot-1, 215-pounder has apparent strength in his lefthanded swing, but he has a lot to prove at the plate after earning limited playing time as a freshman and hitting just .200 through 15 games this summer for Gaithersburg. Defensively, he showed plenty of arm strength at the hot corner, but his actions were a bit stiff. (Aaron Fitt)
