One of the stars of Sunday was Kummer. The Uncommitted Senior had himself a day Offensively and Defensively. Behind the plate he had multiple pop times that were sub 2, and he showed off his solid receiving skills once again. At the plate is where Kummer has really taken the next step. He hit multiple balls out, and every swing had intent. He has a slight leg kick but is consistently on time. Kummer should get plenty of attention early in the season for John Paul II, as he will be catching one of the deepest pitching staffs in the State.
