04.21.17 -6-foot, 165-pound frame. The left-hander works from a high slot with a short, quick arm arm stroke, and a violent, crossfire delivery. The ball explodes out of his hand with a recoil on the finish. Delivery is crude but repeatable, front foot is violent at foot strike. Attacks the zone with mostly fastballs at 85-87 mph. Command is average as he was around, and in the zone, effectively wild. Will need to develop an offspeed pitch in the future but there is arm strength there. Threw one inning in relief, gave up no runs on one hit, no walks, and two punchouts.
