Long and lean w/quick twitch, wiry strength. Room to fill and get stronger. Solid running gate and looks to be a mover, that can run avg in time, as he fills out and gains added lower ½ size and strength. The bat is very intriguing as he posted a 24.5 max hand speed w/70 bat speed. The plane of attack w/a quick bat, was efficient and at the top of the scale at 91% max, along with an avg of 86.5. Drops the barrel into the hitting zone with solid lag, in staying on plane w/an EV max of 94.1. Looks to hit and will be interested to see how it plays in game conditions. Shows avg actions and soft hands, but needs to be in sync with his lower ½ better, as he can get tangled up a bit and catch the ball deep at times. But the movement patterns are there to improve and get better. The arm is quick and clean w/improved arm strength coming. The bay is very interesting and I can’t wait to see what next spring holds for him.
