8.10.16: Fischer has an athletic 6-0 frame and throws from a high three-quarters arm action with a smooth drop and drive delivery. Short, free arm action that is quicker and generates velocity with normal effort. Shoulders are closed as he strides to a closed landing with a fall-off finish. Fastball had slight run and good angle from his crossfire delivery, sitting 73-76 and touching 77. Sharp curveball with 1/7 break and decent armspeed, running 66-67. Fading change-up with good armspeed was 70-71 and commanded well. Low three-quarters slot in the infield with a short arm action, position velocity of 64. Average hands and fluid footwork with a clean exchange. Hits from the left side with a tall stance, loads back with a leg kick stride. Ok lower half, works uphill on his swing with a pull approach and pull power potential, exit velocity of 86.
