Proctor is 6-0 with a strong frame that has some projection left to it. He hits from the right side from a slightly open athletic stance, big leg kick stride on line, short smooth load back. Hips rotate completely and he maintains some lower half balance. Hands stay inside, short to the ball, slightly uphill swing path, strength at contact with extension through the ball, showed a pull approach with some natural loft and power present, exit velocity was 93. In the infield, gets behind the ball and fields with above average hands and a wider base, clean exchange, throws from a low three-quarters arm slot, position velocity was 70.

Proctor is 6-0 with an athletic frame that has some projection left to it. He hits from the right side from a balanced slightly open athletic stance, strides on line, short load back with some wrap. Hips rotate completely with some violence and he maintains some lower half balance. Keeps hands inside, short to the ball, strength at contact and extension through it. Slightly uphill swing path, line drive swing with some carry in gaps, showed good approach working primarily gap to gap, exit velocity was 90. In the infield, gets body behind ball and fields with average hands. Throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with a short arm action, infield velocity was 71.

Proctor is 6-0 with an athletic frame, he hits from the right side from an open upright stance, strides on line, smooth load down and back with some rhythm to his swing. Hips rotate completely and he keeps good balance during his swing. Shorter path to the ball, uphill swing path with extension through contact, has power potential to pull side as he gets stronger, exit velocity was 79. At first, rounds ball and fields with a wider base and average hands, throws from a low three-quarters arm slot with shorter arm action, infield velocity was 68.
