9.23.15: Farman has an athletic 5-10 frame. At the plate, he has an athletic stance with a slight crouch. He has no load and a leg kick stride. He has an explosive lower half and maintains balance throughout his swing. He is short to the ball and has average bat speed and good extension, posting an exit velocity of 80. He has a good approach and showed the potential for gap power to his pull side. Behind the plate, Farman has a nice wide set-up and a quick release, throwing from a high three-quarters arm slot with a short arm action. His pop times were 2.00-2.18.

6.23.15 Hit from a balanced stance that was slightly crouched with bent knees. Had a small load that went back and dropped the hands at times. During the round took a long stride and would dive at times.  Took a good approach during the round with a level bat path that had extension. Line Drive stroke. Rhythm was stiff at times. Behind the plate, threw from a high 3/4 arm slot with short and somewhat stiff arm action. Throws were accurate and had average carry. Showed soft hands and the ability to be a good receiver. Footwork was fluid and exchanges were clean. Has the ability to block, moves well behind the plate. At times was caught on his heels. Pop time for 2.00– 2.19.2.22.15 Hit from an open stance that was crouched and balanced.  Loaded back with a short stride that dove in slightly.  Lower half turn to the baseball.  Exit velocity of 77 mph.  Showed a good approach to the round, hitting the ball to all parts of the field.  Swing path was short and level in the zone.  Line drive stroke to all parts of the field. Behind the plate, threw from a loose, high ¾ arm slot.  Throws were accurate and had carry.  Set up was quiet and showed soft hands. Solid approach to blocking. Moved well. Footwork was fluid. Gained ground through the ball. Clean exchanges. Athletic. Pop times were 2.01 - 2.09.
