3.26.15:  Padeway has a very strong frame. At the plate he has an open, upright stance and his hands start away from his body. He has a stiff load at times but is quick to the ball and is willing to hit the ball where it is pitched. He has good balance throughout his swing and he generates good batspeed as the ball jumps off of his bat. He presently has at least gap power but will develop into a hitter with pull home run power who can use the whole field to hit for a high average.

2.22.15 Hit from an open stance that stood tall and had fluid rhythm. Smooth load back with slight arm bar. Short toe stride that maintained line and balance. Lower half exploded to the ball. Good balance throughout swing.  Displayed fast hands with an Exit Velocity of 93 mph.  Great approach to the round. Swing path was short and level with good extension through the ball.  Line drive stroke with gap power. Behind the plate, threw from a high ¾ arm slot. Solid, balanced setup. Pop times were 2.01 - 2.13.  Short and quick release. Clean footwork that was average with quickness. Exchanges were consistently clean.  Gained ground towards second. Soft hands that received well.
