Feagan has a strong physical 6-foot-4 frame. Long arm swing on the mound and works from a three-quarter arm slot. Hips and shoulders closed going down the mound and lands closed at landing before falling off to the first base side. The fastball sat 78-80 mph and touched 81 with some arm side run. The breaking ball had bigger 12/6 shape, sat 67-69 mph, and had a feel for the zone. Was able to throw the breaking ball consecutively for strikes when he needed to. Interesting arm that has some physicality and if he can make a jump with velo could offer some intrigue in the future.
