Brizendine is 6-2 with an athletic 195 pound frame that has strength present and some projection left to it. He throws from a very low three-quarters arm slot, short loose arm action and easier effort to his delivery. Some crossfire in his delivery, shoulders are level and closed, lands closed with a slight fall off finish. Fastball was 77-82, with late heavy sink and a touch of armside run. Slider was 63-66 with some armspeed and big sweeping 2/8 break to it. Change-up was 71-73 with good armspeed and a late hard fade. Showed ability to manipulate breaking ball’s shape and speed.

Brizendine is 6-1 with a physical 190 pound athletic frame that has strength present and projection left to it. He hits from the left side from a slightly open balanced athletic stance, short stride on line, smooth load back. Hips rotate completely and he maintains good lower half balance. Hands stay inside, quick to the ball, slightly uphill line drive swing path with strength at contact and good extension through the ball, showed good approach working gap to gap, extra base power present gap to gap with potential to grow into more, exit velocity was 88. In the infield, rounds ball and fields with a wider base and average hands, works through the ball to a quick clean exchange, throws from a low three-quarters arm slot, short arm action, position velocity was 77. Ran a 7.64 60 yard dash. On the mound, he throws from a very low three-quarters arm slot, short free arm action and normal effort to his delivery. Drop and drive crossfire delivery, shoulders are level and closed, lands closed with a fall off finish. Fastball was 77-79, with late sink and a hard armside run. Slider was 62-65 with some armspeed and 2/8 break to it. Change-up was 66-69 with some armspeed and heavy sink to it.
