2.22.15 Hit from an open stance that was balanced. Hands dropped and bared on load. Short stride with a slight leg kick that stayed on line and balanced. Had an Exit Velocity of 80 mph. From the Outfield, he threw from a high ¾ arm slot. Positional Velocity was 77 mph. Throws had some accuracy. Exchanges were clean. Footwork was out of rhythm.
7/31/14: 5-foot-9, 160 pound, OF hit from a wide balanced stance. Showed a quiet rhythm with good balance throughout the swing. Used a short stride to attack the baseball with direct bat path and firm top hand. Had a line drive stroke to all fields. Generated above average bat speed (78 mph). In the field, showed the ability to use his feet and take good routes to the ball. Came through the ball nicely and had a quick release with a compact arm stroke that was high 3/4 (75 mph).
