Arm plays long and loose, present arm speed, high ¾ slot, some effort involved. Fastball, worked mostly straight with occasional run, 79-81 mph, topped 82 mph. Curveball played 67 mph. Slider 10/4 sharp break, 71-73 mph. Changeup played 75 mph.
7/24/18 - 6-foot-3, 160-pound, right-handed pitcher, high-waisted, wiry build. Stretch only delivery, tall and fall style, sturdy balance point, toe lands closed at foot strike, works towards first base at finish. Long arm action, present arm speed out front, high ¾ slot. Fastball, flashed sink to arm side, in the zone, topped 82 mph, sat 79-81 mph. Curveball, 11/5 sharp break, maintains arm speed, 69-70 mph. Slider, 10/4 break, 71-72 mph.
2/25/18 - 6-foot-2, 155-pound right-handed pitcher, lean wiry frame. Stretch only delivery, closed landing, some effort. Arm action is long, high ¾ slot. Fastball runs to arm side, occasional late action, showed control of zone, flashed command, 82-83 mph. Curveball spins well on 11/5 plane, flashed sharp action, near fastball arm speed, 67-69 mph. Changeup fades to arm side, near fastball arm speed, 72-74 mph.
5/13/17 - 6-foot, 150-pound right-handed hitting RHP/SS. On the mound works from a ¾ arm angle with a long, loose arm action. Tall and fall delivery with a closed toe landing. Upright finish working in line with home plate. Fastball sat 76-77 mph. Curveball has 11-5 shape with late breaking action at 68-73 mph. Changeup showed fading action at 70-71 mph. At the plate hits from a slightly closed, spread out setup, Long, uphill swing path. 79 mph exit velocity from a tee. Ran the 60 at 7.85. Defensively has a loose arm action from a ¾ slot. Throws showed carry across the infield at 80 mph. Clean exchange with fluid footwork.
