6-foot-2, 180-pound 2-way player. 7.5 60. Shows energy at third base with bigger body. Glove is clean. Long release at times. Throws are online and accurate at 81 mph across diamond. Has some looseness in swing and uses hands well. Creates bat speed through zone. Active load effects timing/trigger. 82-84 mph fastball; topping out at 85 mph. Is able to play catch with glove and command fastball. Some effort in delivery. Lacks arm speed on breaking ball at 65-66 mph. Bat is best tool with improving feel and actions at 3B. Follow in the 2016 class.
6-foot-2, 185-pound 2-way player. Larger square build. Ran 7.19 60. Shows balanced swing with power to the gaps. Stays in middle of field. Showed plus hands on balls middle-in. Ball jumps off bat. Barrel was out front and rolled over balls at times. Overall did an exceptional job of staying inside baseball with pop. 88 mph exit velocity off tee. Showed above average glove and feet at third base. Moves well for size. Has body control and can handle slow roller. Would benefit from following throws across diamond. Stops after throw effecting carry and accuracy. 82 mph arm strength across. Projectable body on mound. Quicker delivery. Lands open at times to plate. Should tilt in delivery. Arm works and is fast out front. Fastball shows downhill plane with slight cutting action at 82-84 mph. Breaking ball shows gradual break with 12/6 shape. Changeup shows average fade at 73-76 mph. Overall Strong Follow for 2016 class with ability to hit and can stay at third base and defend along with ability on mound.
