He reached a 76 mph high from the chute while popping in the 2.09-2.16 range, and he was among the most sure-handed and dependable receivers in attendance during the pitching portion of the event. He regularly made his presence felt while sticking pitches around the zone and blocking balls in the dirt. Gill also swings a quiet, aggressive right-handed bat with a simplicity that allows him to locate the barrel consistently.

Arm: RH. C - 76 mph. Low 3/4 slot with some arm side options.
Defense: 2.06-2.16 pop times. Simple actions, vertical posture. Stiff actions with static tempo. Catching_ Clean footwork with top shelf exchanges.
Run: 7.24 runner in the 60.

Body: 5-10, 175-pounds. Strong, athletic frame with strength attached throughout. Looks the part.
Hit: RHH. Open stance, balanced lower half, smooth hand rhythm pre-pitch, bat tips at load as back elbow coils, toe-tap timing trigger.  Uphill bat path, natural feel to elevate, gap-to-gap approach.
Power: 84.57 max exit velocity, averaged 80.3 mph. 267’ max distance.
Arm: RH. C - 73 mph. Arm travels on a short path to release, high 3/4 slot.
Defense: 2.25-2.47 pop times. Athletic actions behind the plate, flexible hips, loose lower half. Quick feet work direct to target, soft hands at gather, clean exchange, short trigger to release.
Run: 7.72 runner in the 60.

Body: 5-9, 160-pounds. Compact frame, strength in lower half.
Hit: RHH. Narrow, slightly crouched setup, coiled loading action, short stride. Uphill path, lets the ball travel, uses the whole field.
Power: 76 mph exit velocity from the tee.
Arm: RH. C - 68 mph. Short arm action, over-the-top slot.
Defense: 2.18-2.25 pop times. Natural catcher actions, soft hands, clean and efficient out of the crouch.
Run: 7.85 runner in the 60. 


5-foot-9, 160-pound prospect; compact/strong build. Emerging as a name to keep in mind for the future. He has a short, aggressive swing with extension that produces some loud contact from a timely barrel. Demonstrated a knack for hitting all weekend, underscored by a 4-for-4 game on Saturday against Rhino Wisconsin. He showed well on the catch-and-throw in between innings, substantiated by an above-average performance at our Fox Cities showcase in March, popping in the 2.20 range.

Hit: RHH. Balanced stance, heel lift trigger, solid balance. Compact swing with above average bat speed and effort. Flashed quick twitch swing and produced line drives.
Power: 73 mph exit velocity from the tee.
Arm: RH. C - 70 mph. Short arm action from an over-the-top slot with some accuracy.
Defense: 2.28-2.43 pop times. Long swing from reception to transfer and release. Fluid lower half actions.
Run: 7.87 runner in the 60. 

4/8/18 - 5-foot-2, 125-pound, catcher. Offensively, right-handed, balanced setup, loads back, leg kick timing-trigger, present bat speed for age, uphill barrel path, pull-side power, 70 mph exit velocity off a tee. Defensively, short arm action, high ¾ slot, competent hands, 59 mph from the crouch, 2.65-2.75 pop times. Ran a 9.19 laser-timed 60.
