Another prospect who performed well both here and at the 15U tournament at The Rock, Comber is trending up this summer; at 6-foot-5, 205 pounds, Comber uses his size to make some advanced contact, he recorded four hits on Thursday, including a triple and a home run, and he notched a clutch three run double late in the weekend in a narrow defeat to GRB Rays Yellow. Comber also pitched on Friday and went six strong, allowing just one run on four hits, two walks, and he struck out four. He sat 72-75 mph, up to 77, coming from a naturally tough slot that clearly made him a tough at-bat.

Later on, with two outs in the bottom of the sixth, Comber singled up the middle to keep the inning alive.
