Projectable, 6-foot-1, 140-pound frame with room to add. Leick got a start for CBT on Friday and worked efficiently before being relieved due to a rain delay. Over four innings, Leick allowed just one hit and K’d five, consistently showing the ability to induce weak contact and spot his pitches. The right-handed arm featured a three-pitch mix that included a fastball, slider, and a changeup. His FB topped out at 83 mph and sat 80-82 mph while in the range of 2200-2300 rpm. Complemented with his slider at 72-74 mph, Leick was able to mix his pitches to record swing-and-misses for outs.
