7/23/14 The right-handed hitter showcased gap power out of a slightly open stance with a bat exit velocity of 87 mph. He showed athletic actions and good feet at both 3B and SS with enough arm strength (80 mph) to remain on the left side of the infield at the next level. Delawder is still recovering from his spring ankle injury but showed a glimpse of his foot speed turning in a 7.19 60-yard dash. He sat 82-83 out of a high 3/4 arm slot. Delawder also flashed a 68 mph curveball that had 12/6 action at times and a 74 mph changeup that was thrown with a slightly slower arm speed than his fastball.
7/16/13 Delawder showed well in all facets of the game. The 6-foot-1, 175-pound prospect showcased soft hands and good feet with throws of 75 mph across the diamond. Delawder utilizes a high hands load to create barrel whip and an 81 mph bat exit velocity from the right side of the plate. He hits out of a slightly open stance with a toe tap trigger and displayed the ability to barrel the baseball consistently to all fields. Delawder ran a 7.34 60-yard dash.
