Mann is a 5-foot-9, 140-pound OF from Bridgeport HS. He was the lead-off hitter for Bridgeport as a sophomore in 2013.

5/8/14 Mann flashed his athleticism on an outstanding diving catch in the 1st inning saving extra bases. The RHH has a short stroke from a slightly open stance and got down the line in 4.29 on a ground out in the 5th. Mann is a prototypical leadoff man that puts the ball in play routinely. He went 1-for-5 and nearly beat out several ground balls for infield hits.
