Scouting Report
Rock Canyon may have the best young middle infield in the state with 2023 second baseman Brayden Duman and 2023 shortstop Chase Jaworsky. Jaworsky shows arm strength and range at shortstop with great hands and feel around the bag. Jaworsky is a left-handed hitter with a line drive path on consistent basis. Another impressive young player at Rock Canyon.
Left-handed hitting middle infielder that shows plus bat speed and a great path through the ball with a middle of the field approach. Jaworsky ran a 6.95 60 and was 83 mph across the diamond. Demonstrated great athleticism on the infield. Strength just now coming into his game, as seen with his 95.9 mph exit velocity. Very impressive showing for Jaworsky with a lot more in the tank. One of the top follows in Colorado's 2023 class.
