Daily Roundup:

Fort Collins 4 Poudre 2
The Lambkins with a big late league win and were led by Michael Field who was 2-3 with 1 run and 2 RBI.

Rocky Mountain 5 Boulder 2
The Boulder/Rocky game was a great pitchers duel between Sanjay Solomon(2018 Rank-32, Point Loma Nazarene Commit) and Sam Sanchez(2018 unranked, Scottsdale CC commit). Boulder had a 2-1 advantage going into the 6th inning when Solomon was removed. Rocky Mountain took advantage of a pitching change with a pinch hit double by Cody Stevens(2018 grad, Commit- TBD) and timely RBI hits by SS Aaron Loucks(2020 grad) and Hayden Heinze(2018 grad, rank #42, N.Colorado Commit). A combination of the clutch hits and 2 defensive lapses by Boulder(misplays on an apparent double play ball, and a catchable fly ball that dropped in), allowed Rocky to take a 5-2 lead going into the final inning. Sanchez closed out what he started with a quiet 7th inning. He finished with 8 K's and 0 BB.

Ralston Valley 7 Arvada West 0
The Mustangs win the cross town rivalry game and were led by Nik Levensteins who went 2-4 with 1 run and 3 RBI.

Senior Day at Fossil Ridge didn't go as well as hoped for the home team. Greeley West played the spoiler role by scoring 4 runs in the 1st inning behind a big homer to right center by Luis Deleon (unranked, Commit-TBD) and held on for a 8-7 victory.
