2015 Final Rank: 49

Jon Coufal, OF/INF, 2016
Cameron Miller, C/RHP, 2017
Wayne Rode, 1B/C, 2017
Zach Becker, INF/RHP, 2019

X-FACTOR:
Experience will be huge for the Tigers this year. They return 7 seniors and 4 juniors from last year's squad.

STAT RAT:
Last year the Tigers had four losses in close games against four of the top 4A teams in the state (Erie, D'Evelyn, Windsor, and Pueblo East)

BOTTOM LINE:
Over a span of almost a decade you could argue The Holy Family Tigers have dominated Colorado as much as any team in the country. Since the 2008 spring season, they have an overall record of 154 and 38. During that time they have outscored their opponents 2047 to 764. Before they moved to 4A last year they had been to the 3A state championship game 5 of the prior 6 years, and won 3 including back to back in 2013 and 2014. Going into 2015 the Tigers had graduated 12 seniors, and with that turnover combined with the adjustment of moving up to 4A, it was not a surprise they had their first down year in years. Led by 2016 captains C/INF Kennedy Phillips (Regis University), INF Jake Karty, INF Andy Nelson, and OF Jon Coufal, we expect the Tigers to regroup and have a very successful 2016.
