06/03/18- Stanford recruit. Currently stands at 6-foot-2, 165 pounds with a tall, projectable frame. Arm works easy from the left side. Mostly sat 87-88 mph, touching 89 a few times along with 90 once with his fastball. Also mixed in a 72-74 mph curveball that showed depth, changeup displayed some late sink at 77-79 mph. At times can fall off to the third base side, causing his pitches to tail out of the zone. As he continues to become more consistent with his landing and fill out his frame, look for Bruno to not only make another jump in velocity, but to his overall stuff. Strong follow for the 2020 class. 

05/04/18- Stanford recruit. Bruno would come out working 86-88 mph with a more compact arm action and showing a feel for a curveball and changeup . Bruno would hold Benjamin in check through four innings, striking out six. The arm action has always been loose and easy, but is becoming more repeatable. The curveball worked 69-72 with the changeup working 79-80 mph.

09/30/17- After standing out at the Future Games, the 6-foot-2, 165 pound left hander has an extremely high ceiling. There are some present mechanical issues, as he tends to over throw causing the arm not to work as freely as it can work from the outfield. From a high 3/4 slot, he has an extremely quick arm and as he learn to stay tall down the mound and let his arm work more freely, he will make some major strides. The fastball worked 83-85 mph and was 87 mph from the outfield, there is a lot of life,especially down in the zone. The curveball shows potential at 71-72 mph and a feel for the changeup at 75-76 mph. Offensively, the is an uphill path and some feel for the barrel. Overall,there is a lot of tools and room for growth which makes his ceiling extremely high. 

08/06/17- The 6-foot-2, 155 pounder has an extremely projectable, long, lean frame. He stood out on the workout day with his throws from the outfield and his arm works extremely well and really stands out topping at 89 mph from the outfield. On the mound, the arm works just as easy. From a 3/4 slot, the fastball ranged from 83-86 mph, coming out of his hand extremely well with late life. As he continues to fill out he should make some big jumps. The curveball worked from 68-73 mph and when he is extended and on top it has depth while also mixing in a changeup at 72-74 mph. Offensively, the left-handed hitter hits from an upright stance and uses his long levers to generate some present pull side power. There is a lot to like about Ryan, with the tools and frame projecting extremely well at the next level.
