Alex Sosa - The senior catcher will be a leader for this Hawks team. Sosa will handle this talented pitching staff and be a staple in the middle of the lineup.

 

OUTLOOK

Viera will be led by a Senior heavy class in 2023 retuning 12 Seniors and 7 returning starters. The Hawks pitching staff will lead the way for the '23 squad, returning college commitments headlined by Seniors Lucas Glendinning and Camden Wicker as well as fast rising 2024 Florida State Commit Dylan Jordan. Offensively Viera returns four of the top five hitters from last year's team led by NC State commit Alex Sosa. Viera expects to compete for their 7th District Championship including a deep post-season run in the FHSAA state series.
