Florida Insider: Uncommitted 2016 Pitchers

After an exciting summer in Florida that yielded many college commitments and updates in the rankings, the fall baseball season is in full force. Many teams and organizations are not only practicing on a daily basis, but most are involved with tournaments and events into late November.

We wanted to highlight five 2016 pitchers with video that are still uncommitted at this point. These five ranked pitchers have stood out throughout the summer and will be looking to continue their success throughout the fall season in hopes of finding a home at the next level soon.

FL Rank: 20
Scouting Report: 6-foot-6, 245 pound right hander with a very tall body with a thick strong lower half. Loose arm at a high ¾ slot. Ball jumps out of his hand. Fast ball was 90-93 mph with good down tilt. Curve ball was 75-76 mph with ¾ rotation and occasional depth. Average ML pitch. Occasionally works around the ball. Change up is 80-82 mph with some feel. Occasionally pulls off line and yanks ball away to right handed hitters.
