8/6/17- 6-foot-2, 205-pound right-handed pitcher. #6 ranked player in Iowa 2018 class; #327 in 2018 PBR Overall Rankings. Controlled delivery, lands across body creating cross-fire delivery, has flexibility and arm is quick enough to get out and over front leg with plus extension to plate. Fastball was 90-92 mph with late run and sink action. Shows ability to work both sides of plate with command. 11/5 curveball has tight spin and consistent shape for strikes. Heavy fading action on changeup thrown with fastball arm speed. Strong durable build, keeps making strides in development, could be a draft prospect this coming year.

7/11/17 - Iowa commit. Currently ranked No. 6 in the Iowa Class of 2018 and No. 327 in the PBR Overalls. 6-foot-2, 205-pound right-handed pitcher. Works from a high ¾ arm angle with a long, quick arm action. Drop and drive delivery with a closed landing and smooth rhythm. Good tempo with an athletic finish. Fastball has late running action at 88-89 topping out at 90 mph for strikes. Curveball has 11-5 shape with late breaking action, thrown with fastball arm speed at 75-77 mph. Changeup has fading action, maintains arm speed at 83-84 mph. 

3/13/16- 6-foot-1, 195-pound left-handed hitting third baseman. 7.71 runner. Shows good hitting mechanics with clean bat path and is short to contact. Uses lower half in swing and has leverage. Hands are loose with lift in swing. 89 mph exit velocity. Solid actions in field. Soft hands with quick exchange and release. Works from ground up and is relatively light on his feet. 80 mph arm strength across infield.

8/4/15- 6-foot-1, 190-pound left-handed hitting 2-way player. Biggest climber at event. Short balance point with good direction to plate and lands closed. Arm action is clean and consistently pumped fastball in 86-88 mph range with life. Curveball has 12/6 shape with depth and sharp break 72-74 mph. Flat action on changeup and is firm. Nettleton’s performance jump-started recruiting; culminating in a commitment to the U. of Iowa. 7.66 runner. Solid athletic set-up. Lift in swing. Uses whole field. Solid contact with pop to pull-side of field. 89 mph exit velocity off tee. Usable hands and feet defensively. Makes routine plays. Changeup has good life with late arm side fade at 72-73 mph. Good present ability. Athletic set-up in box. Open stance, strides to square. Shows loose hands and stays inside ball well. Quality rhythm and control in swing. Short to contact. Would benefit from greater extension through hitting zone after contact. Shows ability to drive baseball gap to gap.
