10/13/19

5-foot-11, 175-pound athletic frame; SS/OF. During batting practice, the left-handed hitters best exit velocity was 83 mph. Began in a balanced stance with a small load, then used a short stride just before his swing. Has a straight-to-the-ball swing plane and raw bat speed, and he ends his swing with good extension on his finish. In the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 84 mph; had a twitchy exchange, athletic feet and sure hands. In the infield, his best throw was registered at 80 mph.  He showed off his speed at the event, running a swift 6.85 60-yard dash.

2/23/19

5 foot 10, 185 pounds, ran a 7.31 and had an exit velo of 86 mph at this event. Has a good simple swing with strength and balance, which projects to hit for average with some power. Connects lower half well in swing and syncs up hands and stride foot with a really good separation move. Actions look good enough to play 3B/2B at the next level, SS would be a stretch at this point from a footwork perspective.
