Sectional 1: Champion – Lake Central

Jimmy McNamara gave up an infield single to start. He retired the next 21 and struck out 12 on 69 pitches. Jordan Minch scattered 5 hits in the loss.
 
Sectional 2: Champion – Crown Point

Sectional 3: Champion – Penn
Penn 7 Mishawaka 2
Kyle Schneider threw all seven innings to get his sixth win of the year, allowing just five hits. Max Andresen homered, Sam Sweeden tripled and Schneider had a double for Penn, who won their second straight sectional.
 
Sectional 4: Champion – Elkhart Central

Sectional 5: Champion – FW Carroll
FW Carroll 7 DeKalb 5
Shelmadine picked up the win on the mound and homered at the plate. Lengacher, Keathley, and Vanlandingham all doubled in the victory.
 
Sectional 6: Champion – Huntington North
Huntington North 20 FW Northside 1
Huntington North put up ten runs in the third and seven in the fourth in their victory.
 
Sectional 7: Champion – Lafayette Jefferson
Lafayette Jefferson 10 Kokomo 2
Lafayette Jeff scored five in the first and never looked back. Peter Ripke picked up the win throwing five inning allowing no runs and just two hits. Spencer Long led the Jeff offense going 2-2 with a double, homerun, and four RBIs. Brayton Harrington drove in two runs
 
Sectional 8: Champion – Richmond
Richmond 11 Pendleton Heights 7
Richmond’s four run 5th inning proved to be the difference needed to win a sectional championship.
 
Sectional 9: Champion – Westfield
Westfield 3 Fishers 1
Westfield scored all three of their runs in the top of the 6th. Gray had one RBI and Speek drove in the other two. Ehrman picked up the win going 6.2 innings allowing just one run on three hits. Orris homered for Fishers only run.
 
Sectional 10: Champion – Cathedral

Sectional 11: Champion – Whiteland
Whiteland 8 Franklin Community 1
Ashton Perritt picked up the victory throwing four innings allowing just one run on five hits. Perritt was also 3-4 at the plate with a homerun and three RBIs. Danny Morgan went 2-3 with a homerun, three RBIs, and two runs. Tyler Ison had three hits and Eric Redford had two hits.
 
Sectional 12: Champion – Brownsburg
Brownsburg 15 Avon 5
Isaac Sampen had a big day at the plate going 2-3 with two homeruns and four RBIs. Bobby Carr also went 2-3 with a homerun and three RBIs. Jeremy Jones went 2-4 with five RBIs and two runs scored.

Terre Haute South jumped on the board early scoring four runs in the bottom of the first and three in the second en route to their sectional championship.
 
Sectional 14: Champion – Bloomington North
Bloomington North 10 East Central 3
Clint Jones picked up the win throwing five innings allowing two runs on five hits and striking out six. Jones also had three hits and three RBIs. Michael Oliphant led North’s offense going 4-5 with two doubles, four RBIs, and three runs scored. Gavin Funkhouser went 3-4 with a double, RBI, and three runs scored.

Nick Moody picked up the win throwing six innings allowing two runs on five hits and striking out four. Parker Rhoads was 4-5 with a double, triple, RBI, and two runs. Baxter Debruyn, Brians Bangs, and Brian Ghiselli all had two hits including a double.

Northwood scored five in the third inning and never looked back. Nate Wagner went 2-4 with a homerun and Tanner Roberts was 2-3 with a double. Roberts also picked up the victory on the mound going four innings and not allowing an earned run.

New Haven jumped on the board early scoring two runs in the first and not looking back. Pease picked up the victory allowing just five hits.
 
Sectional 24: Champion – Yorktown

Ryan Cates threw all seven innings to get the win allowing five hits and striking out nine. Daulton Goodpastor, Zack Stout, and Justin Miller all drove in runs for Yorktown.
 
Sectional 25: Champion – Crawfordsville
Crawfordsville 14 Western Boone 2
Jordan Kiger picked up the win throwing two innings not allowing a hit and striking out six. Craig Brainard and Alex Ehrlich both went 2-3 with two RBIs, Brainard also doubled and scored three times. Joel Hobson and Chris Minks both drove in three runs, Hobson homered.

Logan Blair picked up the win going all seven innings allowing three runs on seven hits. Zack McKinney homered and drove in four runs and Troy Montgomery also homered for Mt. Vernon.

Edgewood broke open a close game with a seven run 5th inning to win their sectional. Zach Allam had three RBIs and two runs and James Ridge had two hits and two RBIs. Braxton Raventos and Matt Newman both scored twice. Caleb Shute picked up the win on the mound.

Heritage Hills scored two runs in the top of the 7th to break up a 2-2 tie. Drew Rosbottom homered and drove in two runs. Jason Carey and Damon Wahl both had two hits and drove in a run.

Hanover Central jumped on the board early scoring five in the bottom of the first. Mike Balich went 3-4, with a homerun, RBI, and two runs scored and Tyler Trepton also with 3-4 with two doubles, a RBI, and two runs scored. Nick Bollenbacher was 2-3 with a homerun and two RBIs. Dan Stum and Nick Laing also had two hits and two RBIs.

Northfield scored four in the top of the 9th to get the win. Ryan Keaffaber went all nine innings allowing one run on six hits and striking out 11. Scott Baker took the loss also throwing all nine innings allowing four earned on six hits and striking out 13. Andy Roser had two hits and Austin Keen drove in two runs for Northfield.

Wapahani scored 16 runs in the second inning en route to the win. Wapahani had big RBI days from Gardner, Reynolds, and Gadbury. Gardner was 2-5 with two homeruns and five RBIs, Reynolds was 3-4 with a homerun and six RBIs, and Gadbury was 2-4 with a double, triple, and five RBIs.

Madison Foster got the win throwing four innings allowing just two hits and striking out eight. Kevin Rex went 4-5 with a RBI and three runs, Nolan Smith was 3-4 with a homerun, four RBIs, and three runs scored, and Foster had two hits and drove in three. Marko Adams homered and drove in three and Maz Zhang had scored twice and drove in two.

Triton held a 7-0 lead after three innings, but South Central chipped away scoring the winning run in the bottom of the 7th. Adam Clindaniel was 2-2 with three RBIs and Steven Shepherd was 3-3 with two runs scored. Austin Hanna had two hits and two RBIs and Myles Sims scored three times.

Blackhawk scored four runs in the first and never looked back. They added seven runs in the 7th to put an exclamation point on their sectional championship.

Lucas Vosburgh picked up the win throwing seven innings allowing just one run and five hits and striking out three. Vosburgh also had a double, triple and RBI at the plate. Connor Ferdinand had a double and three RBIs.
