On Saturday February 16th and February 23rd PBR Maryland will host the Preseason All-State at the Harford Sports Performance Center in Forest Hill, MD. The biggest events prior to the high school season in Maryland will feature several of the top players and prospects from around the state and put them all on one stage in front of the PBR scouting staff. As with all PBR events, all players will get their performance videoed and professionally edited to update or start their PBR Profile. Today we spotlight one of the players on the roster for the event.

MD Unsigned Senior Games 8.7.18
Athletic body type and 5-foot-10, 165 pound frame. Hits from a balanced, athletic, slightly open stance at the plate. Smooth back load and strong lower half involvement. Showed quick hands and fast bat speed. Short, level swing path with an exit velo of 82 mph. Gap-to-gap line drives type hitter with occasional pop. Went 1-for-2 in the game. Athletic and plays through the ball in the infield with fluid footwork, soft hands and a clean exchange. Longer arm action throwing form a high three-quarter slot at 82 mph. Ran a 7.19 60-yard dash. Smooth side step wind-up and delivery. High leg kick into a tall balance point position. Long, whippy arm action throwing from a high three-quarter slot with regular effort. Creates quick arm speed through release landing square in an athletic finish. Strong lower half drive and really gets over front side. Fastball was 78-82 mph. Breaking ball was sharper with more 12/6 action on it at 65-73 mph. Change-up showed some dive at 67-69 mph.

Athletic, lanky body type and 5-foot-10, 165 pound frame. Hits from an athletic, balanced, slightly open stance. Rhythmic hands and inverted knee toe tap load. Generates good lower half involvement with quick hands and fast bat speed. Exit velo was up to 82 mph. Line drive type hitter with a slight uphill swing path. Plays with active feet and showed good actions in the infield. Plays through the ball with soft hands and fluid footwork. Quick, clean exchange throwing with shorter arm actions from a low three-quarters slot at 82 mph. Ran a 4.16 home-to-first.
Smooth side step wind-up and delivery. High leg kick into a tall balance point position. Long, free arm actions throwing from a high three-quarters slot with regular effort. Quick arm speed, landing square in an athletic finish. Nice lower half involvement and really gets over front side. Fastball was up to 82 mph and featured an 11/5 shape breaking ball with gradual break at 68-73 mph and a 72-73 mph changeup with slight sink.
