On Saturday February 16th and February 23rd PBR Maryland will host the Preseason All-State at the Harford Sports Performance Center in Forest Hill, MD. The biggest events prior to the high school season in Maryland will feature several of the top players and prospects from around the state and put them all on one stage in front of the PBR scouting staff. As with all PBR events, all players will get their performance videoed and professionally edited to update or start their PBR Profile. Today we spotlight one of the players on the roster for the event.

Don't miss out on your opportunity to #BESEEN before the high school season begins!

Scouting Report

 MD Top Prospect Games 6.19.18

Lankier 6 foot, 175 pound frame with room the fill out. Hits from a balanced, athletic, slightly crouched, and closed stance. Quick load and short stride. Does a nice job getting his lower half engaged. Has quick hands and a short slightly uphill swing path. Gap-to-gap type hitter with some pull side pop. Exit velo up to 94 mph. Showed good hands at third base and plays with active feet through the ball. Shorter arm action throwing from a low three-quarters slot at 76 mph. Taps glove during exchange. Behind the plate, Geesaman is a big target and really does a nice job of receiving. He is quiet and showed good footwork. Clean, quick exchange and accurate throws with some carry at 75 mph and pop time as low as 2.03. Ran a 4.40 home-to-first.
