1. University Liggett
Team Overview: Whether they are in Division 3 or 4, Liggett flat out gets it down. The Knights looks to repeat this year in Division 3, but will have to go through Bishop Foley again this year to do so. Coach Cimni will have his players ready and will have several underclassmen carrying the load as he has a young team in 2015. Senior shortstop Nick Azar will look to lead the Knights defensively and offensively. The 2016 class is led by Matthew Gushee (pictured right), Joe Cipriano and Sean Fannon while the 2017 class is led by Theodore Wujek.
2. Bishop Foley
Team Overview: Bishop Foley enters 2015 in uncharted territory, as they have a new head coach in Justin Robinson who replaces Buster Sunde who lead Foley to state titles in 2011, 2012, and 2013. Foley has to replace Garrett Schilling who had been a staple at the front end of the pitching staff for four years. Fortunate for Coach Robinson the players are in place to lead them back to the promise land in 2015. Senior and Western Michigan commit Nate Grys (pictured right) has established himself as one of the best hitters in the state will look to carry Foley in the middle of the lineup back to a late June tournament run. Cam Horwath (John Carroll) looks to help offensively and defensively while unsigned senior Andrew Williamson looks to man one of the corner infield positions. The Ventures 2016 class is loaded with the likes of Michael Ryan, Thomas Brumfield, and Griffin Green. In the 2017 class Bishop Foley has Santos Guzman and Payton Schuster.3. New Lothrop
Team Overview: New Lothrop is coming off of winning its first state title in baseball in 2014 in Division 4. Head coach Keith Villano will have his troops ready to repeat in 2015. The top end of the pitching staff will carry New Lothrop, look for Davenport commit Grant Steinborn (pictured right) and Cam Pope to have big once again and keep the repeat dream alive. The Hornets also have Quentin Taylor, Brodie Bennett and Steven Garza who look to contribute in big ways for the Hornets.
