With more than 120 scouts in attendance, the 14th Annual Super 60 Pro Showcase delivered many highlights by prospects from 19 different states on Sunday, Feb. 7 at The Max in McCook, IL. Throughout the coming weeks we will produce content highlighting the top performers, the biggest risers and much more from the event, but today we take a quick look at the best statistical performances, which includes two event records.

Although statistics only paint a partial picture of how well a player performed, these numbers are pretty telling for early February:

Michigan Insider: Super 60 Recap - Jack Weisenburger

Jack WeisenburgerPlayer: Jack Weisenburger
Position: RHP/OF
Class: 2016
State Rank: 6th in Michigan's Class of 2016
High School: Rockford
College Commitment:
Michigan
Height/Weight:
6-foot-3, 210 pounds
Bats/Throws: R/R

Super 60 Evaluation: Weisenburger throws from a high-3/4 arm slot with a quick arm. He sat 87-88 mph with his fastball that had some late run on it. His slider had 10/4 break to it and was 74-76 mph with consistent glove-side location. His changeup had late sink to it, sitting 78-79 mph with good arm speed. Weisenburger showed the ability to repeat his mechanics through his athleticism.

Anonymous Scout Quote on Weisenburger: “This was the first time I had seen him on the mound and you could tell he has athleticism. His arm worked quick and he repeated his delivery. With how early it is in his throwing progression, it will be good to follow him this spring as he continues to get stronger.”

Draft Outlook: Later rounds - could jump up as the spring goes on and he shows that his arm can get stronger as the season progresses.

PBR: What are your thoughts on the Super 60?
Jack: It was a great event and I enjoyed it a ton.

PBR: Thoughts on the amount of scouts in attendance?
Jack: I enjoyed seeing all of the scouts that were there, it was good to get in front of every team and several of their scouts.

PBR: Thoughts on this amount of talent in one place at one time?
Jack: The talent was great. It was clear that the best players in Prep Baseball Report’s coverage area was there.
