Name: Travis Janes
Position: OF/2B
Grad: 2016
Height/Weight: 6-foot, 165 pounds
High School: Avondale
Ranking: 135th in Michigan's 2016 Class
Evaluation: 6-foot-0, 165 pounds with an athletic frame. Registered a 6.82 60 yard dash time. Uses athleticism in the outfield to create momentum with footwork and play through the ball. Topped out at 80 mph while using long, loose arm action. At the plate, the right handed hitter uses a slightly open stance with short stride. Uses a level swing path and displayed linedrive ability to all parts of the field. Near arm bar in load. Reached a top exit velocity of 87 mph off the tee. Still growing at the plate, but shows some potential.
