It’s hard not to like a left-handed pitcher that has a 6-foot-5, 215-pound frame and Reuss makes it even an easier with his arsenal. At a workout in July 2012, Reuss sat 86-88 mph and showed the makings of a good breaking ball. While he struggles with command at times, Reuss has excellent upside. He wasn’t at his best at the Top Prospect Games this summer, but he finished strong with three strikeouts and bumped 89.

Reuss’ arm works well and he spins a breaking ball in the low 70s. The pitch has swing-and-miss potential.
