Scouting Report: 
10/25/15- 6-foot-2, 175-pound left-handed pitcher. High leg kick delivery with balance and body control. Arm is clean and loose. Up and over on release. Fastball has life at 84-88 mph with heavy run. Shows command to both sides of plate. Maintains arm speed on curveball and changeup. 1/7 shape on breaking ball with late short break. Well above avg. fade on changeup. Duffy has made significant strides since Spring 2015 has become one of the more coveted arms in the 2017 class.
