6/17/19

5-foot-11, 175-pound right-handed hitting outfielder. #89 ranked player in MN 2020 class. 7.40 runner. Wide closed stance, active feet, line drive swing plane, looks to lift through contact, solid present strength with flashes of pop in bat to pull side of field, 90 mph exit velocity. Works through baseball, fields out front, stiffer arm action, avg. carry with accuracy to plate, profiles as left fielder at college level, 81 mph arm strength from outfield.

 

3/09/19

5-foot-11, 170-pound right-handed hitting outfielder.  7.39 runner.  Closed stance.  Back foot steps back with leg lift to start.  Flashed bat speed and some pop in barrel.  Mid/pull approach with ground ball and line drive contact.  Some strength in barrel.  91 mph exit velocity.  OF- Good glove and fields through ball.  Longer feet to release.  82 mph arm strength with average carry and accuracy on throws. 

 

7/11/18

5-foot-11, 175-pound right handed hitting first baseman.  7.50 runner.  Squared balanced start into a leg lift load.  Slight arm bar and aggressive pull hitter.  Solid bat speed.  Tends to try and lift baseball with mainly fly ball and line drive contact.  88 mph exit velocity.  IF- Average feet and hands.  Fields ball out in front and funnels in to body.  77 mph arm strength with average carry and accuracy to bag.

 

6/17/18

5-foot-11, 175-pound right-handed hitting outfielder. 7.4 runner. Athletic crouched stance, solid present strength, steep uphill plane, aggressive swinger, produces hard contact to pull side of field with flashes of pop in bat, 86 mph exit velocity. Left-field actions, solid overall defender, avg. accuracy and carry on throws, 78 mph arm from outfield.

 

3/17/18

5-foot-11, 175-pound right-handed hitting first baseman. 7.52 runner. Square stance, heavy leg kick into body load, produces solid bat speed, line drive swing plane with through contact, dead pull approach, shows power in bat, 88 mph exit velocity. Active feet, good tempo, works through ball, sure hands, solid receiver at first, 79 mph arm strength across infield.

 

3/18/17

5-foot-10, 165-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player. 7.76 runner. Bat is best tool, leg kick trigger, creates bat speed, line drive path, finds barrel consistently, flashes pop, 88 mph exit velocity. Sound receiver, works hard behind plate, active to block, handles low strikes well, tall throwing position, out on front leg, throws uphill to target, 2.27-2.41 pop times with 68 mph arm strength.

 

10/24/16

5-foot-10, 165-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player. 7.96 runner. Simple hand movement, body load, transfers weight, barrel stays through zone, clean path, has extension through contact, stays inside ball at contact producing hard line drive and pull contact, 87 mph exit velocity. Flexible behind plate, solid receiver, soft glove, late to block occasionally. Inconsistent footwork, out and over lower half on throws, accurate to bag, 68 mph arm strength with 2.4-2.46 pop times. On mound; quick turn into short balance point, slight stab on backside with short arm action, lands on stiff front leg with upright release. Fastball was 74-75 mph with straight flat action to plate. Inconsistent breaking ball with sideways spin. Split action on changeup with avg. fade. Follow bat in 2020 class.
