Evaluation:  10/25/15- 6-foot-1, 160-pound right-handed hitting 2-way player. 7.28 runner. Tall athletic stance with clean bat path. Loose body with good hands to baseball. Middle/pull approach with ability to drive oppo gap. 81 mph exit velocity. Shows above avg. actions in field. Defends with rhythm and balance. Glove and feet work well. Loose arm action with accuracy on throws at 78 mph. Simple mechanics on mound with good tempo and rhythm. Loose athletic body. Clean arm action. Some stab down on backside. Has extension out front. Fastball shows life at 79-81 mph. 11/5 breaking ball has tight rotation with small break. Drops elbow on changeup with flat action.

PBR: What schools have you been hearing from?
ALBERS: South Carolina-Upstate, Southern Illinois, Central Michigan, North Dakota State, Minnesota State Mankato, Augustana, St. Cloud State, Wayne State, St. Scholastica.

PBR: Have you taken any visits? Do you have any scheduled in the near future?
ALBERS: I visited Mankato and USC Upstate and am planning on visiting Southern Illinois.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)
ALBERS: I'm looking for a school with a good academic program and a school I have a chance to make an impact at right away. 

PBR: What were some of the highlights of your junior year?
ALBERS: Making it to the State Championship game for high school baseball, and winning the Las Vegas tournament with my Blizzard team.

PBR: What are your goals for this year? 
ALBERS: Make it back to state, and win one more Blizzard tournament.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?
ALBERS: No

PBR: GPA/ACT/SAT?
ALBERS: I have a 3.55 GPA and a 22 on the ACT.
