PBR: What schools have expressed interest in you?

Wietgrefe: Bradley, Western Illinois, NDSU, NIACC, St. Thomas, Minnesota St - Mankato, and Augustana 

PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future?

Wietgrefe: I have been on 2 visits to NIACC and MN State - Mankato and I plan on checking out more schools in the future.

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic programs, local, etc.)

Wietgrefe: I really care about a good team culture and a very competitive team. I also care about the school's academics and if it is known for having good academics. I don’t know what I want to Major in yet.

PBR: What were some of your highlights during your sophomore year?

Wietgrefe: My biggest highlight from my sophomore year during high school, is pitching varsity the whole year and being able to come in for relief in multiple games a week.

PBR: What are your goals for this year?

Wietgrefe: My main goal is to be in the weight room 4 days a week this off season and gain weight. My other main goal is to throw 90 by spring.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?

Wietgrefe: I do not play any other organized sports, but I love playing other sports with my friends in my free time.

PBR: What is your ACT and GPA?

Wietgrefe: I am waiting on my ACT score as I just took it 2 weeks ago. My GPA is a 3.45
