Here is a look into inside the recruiting of Maison Stites

PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future?

Stites: Due to all the travel with the the Blacksox, I'm waiting till the summer season is over to start going on visits

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)

Stites: The thing I am looking for in a college is a school with good academics, and a good baseball team where I can contribute to the team. Location is not that big of a concern for me

PBR: Recap your junior season for us at Lee's Summit North.  Name some players that played a key role for Lee's Summit North in 2015.

Stites: This high School season I spent most of my games at Third Base, and played a little at Shortstop. This season we were lead by our pitchers Nate Webb, Zach Ours, and Michael Marra. Despite having a decent season, we lost in the first round of districts.

PBR: What are you goals for your senior season?

Stites: For my Senior season, I want to help my team make it to the State Championship. We will have a young team next year, so I am looking to step up and be a leader for our team.

PBR: What travel team do you play for? Are you playing fall ball with a team?

Stites: I play summer and fall ball with the Midwest Blacksox.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?

Stites: I do not play any other sports. So in the off-season I do the Blacksox off-season training run by PSP3 and take Regular BP

PBR: What are your ACT and GPA?

Stites: I have a 4.0 GPA and a 28 ACT score
