Ray Schroeder RHP / 2021 / Hickman
Columbia Baseball Tournament- Hickman vs Borgia
Ray Schroeder the Northwest Florida CC signee impressed with a dominate performance throwing 6 strong innings picking up a win for Hickman in a well played tight game.
2021 Ray Schroeder turned in an impressive outing for Hickman tonight. Loose 3/4 arm, FB had heavy arm side run and life at 87-90, bb was sharp 75-79 and a low 80’s change up. Physical frame will be one to keep an eye on moving forward pic.twitter.com/mtHikhGvIp

Eric Podgorny RHP / OF / MICDS, MO / 2023One of the top uncommitted arms in the Missouri 2023 class. Podgorny showed his electric fastball and breaking ball off in a dominating performance vs Priory.

Braden Hemmer 3B / RHP / Columbia Hickman, MO / 2023The Mizzou commit had a busy week for Hickman during the Columbia Baseball Tournament. During game 1 he came into a one run game to pickup the save, the following day he threw 6 strong innings in a win over CBC. The ultra competitive Hemmer located his 85-87 mph fastball to both sides of the plate and used his slider to put hitters away. Also making one of the tournaments finer plays below.

Payton Messer LHP / OF / Rock Bridge, MO / 2022The Rock Bridge lefty had a masterful outing versus one of the states top teams in Staley. Messer pounded the zone with his fastball and used his changeup and curveball to keep the hitters off balance throwing them in all counts while picking up the win for Rock Bridge.

Dane Bjorn LHP / OF / Lindbergh, MO / 2023Squared off vs Eureka in one of the top pitching matchups of last week. The young lefty showed well keeping the game tight in his 6 innings of work.

Cole Koonce RHP / Eureka, MO / 2021Squared off vs Lindbergh in one of the top pitching matchups of last week. Koonce finished the impressive outing for Eureka posting the complete game shutout.

Chase Beattie 3B / Holt, MO / 202The top uncommitted right handed bat in the 2022 class had a big day in a win over St. Charles going 2-2 with doubles. For the season the team Missouri Future Game participant has an impressive 1.050 OBS

Justin Coleman RHP / OF / Timberland, MO / 2021The Lindenwood signee picked up the win over Liberty-Wentzville with a dominate performance for Timberland. Coleman was in control throughout the game with his 3 pitch mix and commanding his curveball when needed.

Nazzan Zanetello SS / RHP / Christian Brothers College, MO / 2023The University of Miami commit continues his torrid hitting this spring, last week posting a 3-3 day. For the season Zanetello is no batting .418 with double digit extra base hits for the Cadets.

Mason Breidenbach SS / Marquette, MO / 2022One of the state's top bats had another strong day vs Kirkwood going 3-3. Breidenbach produces consistent quality at bats that often result in hard contact in the middle of the diamond.

Connor Throneberry RHP / 2021 / Marquette
The Penn State signee has had a strong start to the spring both on the mound and at the plate. Throneberry has been Marquette's top arm on the mound and is a big part of their potent offense.

Matthew James RHP / 2021 / Francis Howell
In a matchup vs two of the states top traditional powers. James pitched Francis Howell to a 1-0 victory over a good Jeff City team. James consistently pounded the outer part of the strike zone throughout the ball game on the way to the win.
