Scouting Report

11/12/17 Athletic 6-foot-1, 185-pound frame with proportional strength in build. Long, loose, quick arm action from a high-3/4 arm slot.  Strong at balance position, working in-line and downhill with dominate front side, effort in delivery and good finish to the plate. The baseball jumps out of his hand, sitting 84-88 mph with fastball and while he can struggle for control at times, he can also pitch effectively up in the zone with late life and deception.

8/2/17 Athletic 6-foot-1, 185-pound frame. The baseball jumps out of his hand, sitting 88-92 mph with late life and deception to his fastball. Secondary stuff is still developing, but he flashed the ability to spin a tight breaking ball at times, with 11/5 shape and depth at 70-74 mph and a change up with occasional sink at 75-77 mph. Slider was 77 mph with good spin.
