Lincoln Charter- 10  Foard- 3

PBR of North Carolina was on hand as the Lincoln Charter Eagles visited the Foard Tigers on Friday March 11th. It was a cold, windy night with much of the game played with rain falling.

Lincoln Charter struck first when the Eagles starting pitcher and leadoff hitter lined the first pitch of the game over the wall in right field. Foard would answer in the bottom half of the inning, Braxton Tramel singled with 2 outs and would work his way around the bases to score. The Eagles would take advantage of walks and hit batters to score a run in the 2nd inning for a 2-1 lead. The score would remain 2-1 until the 5th inning when the Eagles would score 2 runs on 3 hits. They would add 3 more runs in the 6th and 7th innings each to seal a 10-3 road victory.
