Some of the most popular ways to a player profile page are event pages, tournament pages, player search, news articles and rankings. Over the next few weeks we will highlight the 15 most viewed profiles of 2021 in North Carolina.

MOST VIEWED PLAYER PROFILES IN NC

No. 11: Anderson Nance

The top ranked player in North Carolina’s 2024 Class checks in with the 11th most viewed profile of 2021. Nance participated in the 2020 Junior Future Games with Team Carolina and continued to shine as a high school freshman at Morehead High School and at big events throughout last summer.

His athleticism stands out on the mound and he also plays shortstop when not pitching. He features a heavy fastball with life through the zone and a hard, downer breaking ball that has created issues for hitters, and the chaneup has the makings of a solid third pitch. The arm speed is above average and his stuff should only get better in the future. Nance is also ranked as the 27th best prospect in the PBR Overall Rankings.

Scouting Report

Athletic frame with plenty of projection left.   Run heavy fastball with above average arm speed, peaking at 85.  Solid ride through the zone.  Solid feel for 3 pitches.  Hard, late downer breaking ball should present issues for hitters now.  Fade is present on the changeup with solid arm speed.

Relaxed in the box with his barrel working short to the ball and the ability to use the whole field. Athletic on the infield with arm strength across the diamond. Posted a 7.00 in the 60.
