Scouting Report
North Carolina State commit. Athleticism exists and his frame should allow him to continue to add strength and quickness. There is not a tool that stands out above all the others. Our last full report on Giles was at last year's Preseason All-State event. He has continued to mature in the last year...

Does a lot of things well with projection left. 5-foot-11, 170 pounds, starts open, using a leg kick and short stride to generate better than average bat speed. Some bat waggle throughout the load. Exit velocity of 84, finding consistent barrel. Path is level, working for extension and staying gap-to-gap with good rhythm. At short, has rhythm and catches the ball funneling to the mid-section. Hands work with ease to the exchange. Some shoulder stiffness as the arm works to a high-3/4 slot showing some carry at 75mph across the field. Ran a 4.25 thirty. Standing broad jump tested at 7-foot-4.
