DL: I have visited Winthrop University. I do not have any visits planned but I am looking forward to being able to explore as many possible schools as I can.

PBR: Is there a timeline for your recruitment in place?

DL: No, knowing that the recruiting process is completely unpredictable I have not set a timeline.

PBR: What has been the most interesting aspect of being a recruited athlete?

DL: Being able to travel the country and learn the different cultures and histories of various Universities and being able to speak with coaches from different programs.

PBR: Any academic interests that will drive your decision?

DL: An academically challenging school that will push me to do my best in the classroom. As well as a school that offers various majors.

PBR: From a baseball standpoint, what are your top priorities, when looking at potential schools?

DL: To find a program where I will be able to play as well as learn different parts of the game itself. A knowledgeble coaching staff would definitely be a top priority.

PBR: With the upcoming Fall Season, what are your goals for your baseball development?

DL: To continue working on my swing and making minor adjustments. My main goal is to increase my arm strength. I plan to put on some weight and get stronger in the weight room. As well as increase my speed.

PBR: What are your thoughts and expectations for your senior year, on the baseball field?

DL: I hope to enjoy my senior season on the diamond and continue to learn different aspects of the game. I expect to finish my high school career on a strong note.

PBR: Prep Baseball Report is new to NC. What are your initial thoughts and how can it help High School Baseball Players in NC?

DL: Prep Baseball Report ran one of the best camps I have ever been to. They work with players from multiple standpoints. From what I can tell they do everything they can to expose players and cover baseball across the state.

PBR: Anything you would offer up to the 2018 & 2019 classes as they begin their process?

DL: Keep working hard and enjoy the recruiting process!
