Underclass Follows: 4 Arms and a Shortstop

Throughout the spring season, PBR has its team of scouts out watching games across North Carolina. As game reports are filed on teams and players, the 2019 NC HS Scout Blog will feature some of the players that pop. Last week PBR was able to attend the Willson Tobs HS Classic, featuring 8 teams in 4 games. Scouts were also in attendance at games in the Triangle and Charlotte regions. Below are five 2020 and 2021 prospects to follow for the coming years.
