SCOUT NOTES:

6'0" 180lb right hander at Weddington HS with solid command of a 3 pitch mix. Fastball reaches 87.3mph right now but McGlauflin shows athleticism on the mound leaving room to add-on in the future. Slider and Change-up play well off of Kayden's short arm action that produces lots of spin on the Curveball around 2,300rpm on average. Finishes off his arsenal with downward sinking Change-up with an average HM of 15.4in. As Kayden continues to refine his mechanics and add strength throughout his delivery he has a change to make some noise on the mound for Weddington HS this coming spring.
