6/28/21
Physical: Compact, durable 5-foot-9, 200lb frame with strength found in the movements. 7.90 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Open, slightly bent stance with quick rhythm in the hands by the head. Utilized a stretched lift and replace stride out towards the pitcher, laning even and initiating through a flat, aggressive path with immediate lift after impact. Was able to sit on the rear hip and turn violently creating natural backspin towards the LCF gap (42% fly ball rate via Trackman). Featured a connected barrel that matched pitch plane early, posting a T93 mph bat-exit velocity at his peak and a 345 foot batted ball distance for extra-bases. Easy doubles power with ability to run one out of the yard on occasion to pull while hitting into a stiff front side.
Defensively: The primary backstop showcased a low posture in traditional when receiving as a soft glove hand worked on the corners. Pop times ranged from 1.96-2.06 with slight pre-catch rhythm, shifting the hips subtly closer to in-line, followed by feet replacing towards the target. Quick, fluid actions and the ball operated in/out of the glove from ¾ slot (73 mph arm, accurate throws).

Defensively- as a C, displayed active footwork on throws to 2B. Above average exchange and a quick release. Top throwing velocity was 64 MPH and the pop time range was 2.31-2.36.
