Benny Roebuck RHP / Bryan, OH / 2020Rankings StateRank: 28 / POS: 13
Report: 6-foot, 180-pound right-handed pitcher with athletic build. Delivery is compact and fluid, working in good direction to the plate. Roebuck has presence on the mound. The fastball came out of his hand the with the best velo I have seen from him, with the fastball sitting 87-90 mph through the first two innings before settling in at 86-88. Fastball works downhill out of a ¾ slot with late arm-side run. The offspeed is normally on, but wasn't in this outing as the location just wasn't there on the pitches today. The CB sat 69-72, slider 73-76 and change 74-75. Roebuck is a member of Team Ohio, so be on the lookout for him at the Future Games. Weekend Stats: 6 IP, 5 R, 9 H, 7 K, 4 BB

Jace Middleton RHP / OF / Olentangy, OH / 2021Middleton continues to dominate both on the mound and at the plate. The ’21 RHP/OF threw 4 innings of scoreless baseball while his FB sat 83-85, maxing out at 86. Has a good 3 pitch mixed which he can throw all for strikes. At the plate, the LHH displays above average power and hitting mechanics for his age. Squares the ball up almost every time and is a loud out. Showed the ability to drive the ball to the gaps. Middleton is a potential two-way prospect to watch throughout his high school career, a high ceiling of potential. A definite follow. |

Evan Kemp LHP / 1B / Mason, OH / 2019Rankings StateRank: 58 / POS: 7
6-foot-3, 195-pound southpaw with a physical, projectable frame. On the mound the left hander kept batters off balanced all game by mixing up sequences and working backwards. Above average arm speed with a long arm action. Works comfortably through a ¾ slot. Fastball shows natural arm side movement at times. Showed great feel for both his Curveball and Slider filling up the zone. Curveball breaks gradually on a 1/7 tilt. Slider sweeps across 2/8 shaped with sharp movement. |

Sebastian Gongora LHP / OF / Chaminade Julienne, OH / 2020Sebastian Gongora, LHP/1B, Chaminade-Julienne, 2020Report: Gongora is a 2020 LHP/1B from Chaminade Julienne HS. The LHH continues to be impressive at the plate the more he plays. Really took off during high school when he helped lead his school deep into the state tournament. At the plate, the LHH finds the barrel with ease and swings with intent. His swing looks smooth and effortless but is loud upon contact. He has above average hitting mechanics as well as quick hands. Will only add more power in his bat, as he adds more weight. He had 2 singles in gameplay. He has the ideal height at 6-foot-2 to be a 1B at the next level. He’s a definite name to follow and look for throughout his high school career.
