  • Senior RHP Clayton Covalt went the distance yielding just five hits with three strikeouts. He also went 2-for-3 with a double and a home run to fuel the Hopewell (11-0) offense.

Woodland Hills 1, #5 Pine-Richland 0

  • C/RHP Jake Jessel (2016) walked to force in the only run of the game.

#6 Pittsburgh Central Catholic 9, Franklin Regional 8

  • A four run rally by Franklin Regional fell just short in the top of the 7th inning. Lackawanna recruit Sabatino DiNardo was 2-for-3 with a double and three RBI to lead PCC (6-1).

#10 Bethel Park 17, Canon-McMillan 4

  • James Madison recruit Logan Corrigan, Ryan Dodson and Corey Lazor each had three hits and three RBI to lead Bethel Park (9-2).

Pottstown 3, #12 Methacton 2

  • OF Dylan Vermeesch hit a two-run home run in the bottom of the 6th to lead Pottstown to the win. Elizabethtown recruit Richy Masciarelli shut the door in the 7th, striking out two of the three batters he faced.

  • Andrew Turner and Max Dolente each homered in the five inning affair.

  • Ryan Reicoff tossed a complete game three-hitter with four strikeouts. Unsigned senior Jake Horew led the offense going 2-for-4 with a triple and three RBI for the Colts (11-1).

  • RHP C.J. Martinez limited Great Valley to three hits in the Coatesville win.

Phoenixville 3, #22 Boyertown 2

  • Phoenixville (6-1) scored three unearned runs in the sixth inning to beat the Bears (5-3). Corey Fox and Zach Moser each had two hits for Boyertown. A.J. Bogucki allowed two singles and no earned runs in six innings.

#23 Red Land 2, State College 0

#24 Salisbury Township 9, Penn Argyl 0

  • Nick Ampietro gave up a walk, four hits and struck out seven in a complete game shutout.

Catchmark#25 Governor Mifflin 5, Muhlenberg 4

  • Governor Mifflin won in walk-off fashion as Doug McFarland (2014) singled to drive in the winning run in the bottom of the 7th. 2015 RHP John Catchmark tossed four scoreless innings of relief for the win.

Meadville 3, Slippery Rock 0

  • Junior RHP Thomas McCloskey tossed a perfect game, retiring all 21 batters he faced in order. McCloskey face just two three-ball counts in his gem. Millersville commit Ted Williams (2014) continued his hot start to the season going 1-for-2 with a double, a walk and two runs scored.

Matt Thompson 2Saegertown 12, Union City 0

  • LHP Matt Thompson (2014) threw a five-inning no-hitter and hit a grand slam to send the Bears packing.

Cranberry 12, Union 1

  • LHP Dylan Cyphert (2015) struck out 12 in six innings of work with one walk. Cranberry moves to 2-0 with the win.

Neshaminy 2, Council Rock South 0

  • Monmouth recruit Justin Andrews and Rutgers recruit Ryan Fleming, a pair of lefties, each fired three-hitters. Andrews picked up the win and tripled to help his own cause.

Haverford 11, Lower Merion 0

  • Alex Barr, a Millersville recruit, tossed a one-hitter and went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Haverford to victory.
